In addition, Yantai iCloud supports fast positioning, status monitoring, and regional analysis, allowing for easy real-time viewing, analysis, and comparison of multiple devices.

This makes data monitoring simpler and more efficient while enhancing management capabilities.

Customizable Alarm Rules to Improve Management Efficiency

On Yantai iCloud, you can customize alarm rules, including conditions, channels, debounce, and time periods. This means you can set alarm rules that precisely meet your needs.

2.1 Multiple Parameter Conditions

Many cloud platforms on the market only support single-condition verification, but Yantai iCloud supports verification with multiple parameters.

For example, you can simultaneously set conditions such as temperature between 40°C and 50°C and humidity greater than 70% for validation.

2.2 Multiple Channels for Notifications

Yantai iCloud offers multiple notification channels for your choice, including email and SMS. If you prefer other channels like WhatsApp, Facebook, or phone calls, custom solutions are also available.

2.3 Debounce for Alarm Notifications

Frequent alarms can waste maintenance personnel’s time and energy, adding to their psychological burden and making it difficult to identify genuine issues.

Yantai iCloud supports customizable durations and trigger counts. For example, you can set a duration of 5 minutes and 2 trigger counts, so the alarm will only be triggered after the condition is met twice within 5 minutes.

This feature significantly reduces false alarms, improving the efficiency of maintenance personnel and ensuring that real issues are addressed promptly.

2.4 Flexible Notification Time Slots

In addition to custom debounce settings, Yantai iCloud also allows you to define the notification time period. Alarms outside the set time slots will not be triggered.

For instance, you can set alarm notifications from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, or from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Alarms will only be triggered during these time periods.

Alarm Notifications to Help Identify Problems

Yantai iCloud not only informs you of problems in real-time but also records alarm notifications for you to understand the full context and identify the root cause.

The alarm overview list displays alarm name, time, and status at a glance, making it easy to quickly locate the issue.

The device data line chart shows data over the full time period, making the information more intuitive.

Alarm details are clearly displayed, including alarm conditions, start and end times, and duration, which helps you understand the full picture of the alarm.

You can also view past alarm records, which can assist in trend analysis.

Automation

In the current IoT environment, the mass deployment of devices on the cloud has become commonplace. However, communication and collaboration mechanisms between devices are often lacking, leading to various operational challenges.

For example, with a large number of devices, operational errors can occur, causing unnecessary losses. Furthermore, the heavy burden of daily management and maintenance of numerous devices can reduce productivity.

Yantai iCloud can easily solve these challenges. We can design interactions between devices through rich built-in components, enabling efficient collaboration among multiple devices. Whether it’s simple trigger settings or complex multi-device interaction logic, it can all be set up through an intuitive interface.

For example, if the greenhouse’s CO₂ concentration is detected to be too high, we previously needed to manually turn on the ventilation system. Now, when the greenhouse detects excessive CO₂, this information is automatically sent to the ventilation system, which will activate and notify us in real-time.

Real-Time Monitoring and Data Analysis

Each device can monitor its status and identify abnormal data, providing timely alerts.

For example, Yantai iCloud can promptly alert when there is a drastic temperature change (e.g., a sudden increase or decrease) or when the temperature remains unchanged for an extended period, preventing potential risks.

Multiple devices can provide solutions and assist in scenario-based intelligent decision-making.

We can implement ice formation alerts, continuously monitoring environmental conditions to predict the risk of ice formation on roads, bridges, and other critical areas, issuing timely warnings. This allows for preventive measures to ensure traffic safety and reduce accident risks.

Additionally, we can implement pest and disease warnings for crops, recommending preventive measures before an outbreak, effectively protecting crops, ensuring a good harvest, and reducing the use of chemical pesticides.

All-sky Imaging System

The Yantai iCloud All-sky Imaging System can classify captured sky images into cloud layers, sky regions, and solar areas, generating clear distribution maps to support precise weather forecasting and environmental monitoring.
