OVERVIEW

XFC2-2 Propeller anemometer is a standardized instrument used to measure the wind speed and direction data of horizontal wind field. This wind sensor is developed for ocean observation buoys. It is characterized by high strength, light weight, high precision and corrosion resistance. It consists of tail wing, propeller, nose cone, wind shaft, mounting column and other internal parts. In addition to magnetic guide shaft and purchased standard parts, other parts are made of injection mold parts to ensure the consistency of product quality. The tail wing, propeller and nose cone are made of anti-ultraviolet and oxidation-resistant plastic materials, which can ensure that the wind sensor will not plastic or turn yellow within one year.

PRINCIPLEThe rotation of the propeller generates a sine wave, and the frequency of the sine wave is linear with the wind speed. The sinusoidal alternating current wave is induced by the speed measuring coil fixed on the wind speed axis and the six-level magnetic steel. Each rotation of the propeller will inevitably produce three complete sine waves, neither more nor less, so the wind speed data is stable and accurate through the frequency of the sine wave. The position of the tail can reflect the wind direction data. The tail wing drives the axis of the angle sensor to rotate to accurately obtain the accurate output voltage. The angle sensor inputs a stable power supply voltage, and the analog voltage generated by the tail rotation accurately reflects the wind direction data.
